Ancien urbaniste, Julien Pinon a repris les rênes de ce domaine familial de 15 hectares, conduit en agriculture bio depuis 2003. La propriété produit des vouvrays secs et traçants, taillés pour la garde, avec un point d’orgue pour la cuvée Les Déronnières parfaitement ciselée et fidèle à son terroir calcaire. La cuvée Solera est un bel exercice de style et le Brut spontané interpelle à l’heure de l’apéritif.
