Après 16 mois d’élevage, on a la précision du fruit, du terroir, les épices et petits fruits noirs dominent. L’attaque est gourmande et la finale sérieuse, il a un très juste équilibre.

COMMENTAIRE
Laurent Juillot est à la tête de ce domaine familial de 31 hectares de vignes, situés à Mercurey et Corton. Il a été rejoint par son fils Pierre depuis 2021. Conduite soignée des vignes, maîtrise parfaite des équilibres en cave, sans pompage et peu d’intervention pour laisser le fruit le plus intact possible : tout ici est sagement ordonné, livrant des cuvées de belle facture, élevées en barriques et en demi-muids. La gamme de mercureys est brillante. Une adresse recommandable.
