Christian Beyer et son épouse Valérie ont consenti de gros efforts pour faire progresser leur domaine d’Eguisheim, notamment en le convertissant à la biodynamie, pratique qu’ils maîtrisent désormais et qui se retrouve dans les vins avec un supplément de vibration et de tension. Dernier développement en date, la remise en valeur du Clos Lucas Beyer, un micro-terroir exposé plein sud au cœur du Sundel, dont nous attendons avec impatience de goûter le vin. Après un millésime 2021 très compliqué en raison du mildiou, 2022 se présente sous un jour plus classique.
