Après douze années passées au domaine familial Sipp-Mack à Hunawihr, Vincent Sipp a choisi de créer Agapé en 2007. Les terroirs de Riquewihr, Hunawihr et Ribeauvillé constituent son terrain de jeu, avec une dominante de calcaire (grand cru Rosacker) mais aussi de marnes à gypse (Schœnenbourg) et des marno-calcaro-gréseux (Osterberg). Si le riesling sait régulièrement restituer cette diversité d’expressions, notre dégustation annuelle nous a permis d’apprécier aussi les autres cépages, d’autant que Vincent essaie de vinifier des vins aussi secs que possible.
