Xavier Baril a bien pris la mesure du domaine de sa belle-famille, 60 hectares en production et certifiés bio sur les terroirs autour d’Orschwihr et de Bergheim essentiellement. Le caveau imposant bâti au bord de la route devrait inciter les gens de passage à venir découvrir ces vins fort bien vinifiés.
