Plus épicé que la cuvée expression du même cépage, plus agréable, toujours dans ce registre demi-sec mais avec ici plus d’usage gastronomique, par exemple un plat épicé. La finale est tonique.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
