Registre minéral et animal dès le nez, bouche puissante qui affirme son caractère fort et salin, encore une belle réussite du pinot noir sur le grand cru Hengst, en attendant la reconnaissance officielle.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
