La puissance du Hengst s'est livrée dans cette vendange tardive au nez de pralin et de fruits confits, à la bouche moelleuse, ample et d'une grande profondeur. Superbe expression du terroir, et grande vendange tardive au potentiel de garde important.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
