Produite sur le Hengst, cette cuvée confidentielle est produite à hauteur d’une pièce par an, donnant en 2005 un vin ample au nez très mûr de fruits noirs, profond en bouche avec une trame de tanins mûrs et gras.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
