Le moelleux se signale dès l’entame de bouche, la salinité du granite revient bien ensuite, il goûtera toujours riche et demi-sec même si son équilibre va s’épurer (16 g/l).

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
