COMMENTAIRE DE L'EXPERT

Le Hengst aime les millésimes chauds, et le 2003 a donné un vin d'équilibre sec, puissant et épicé avec des arômes typiques de cuir et de foin en finale. Un vin à servir au milieu du repas, pas sur l'entrée ni sur le dessert.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
