COMMENTAIRE DE L'EXPERT

Les calcaires du Heimbourg donnent souvent des vins de garde. Grâce à une mise en vente tardive, voilà un vin à maturité, minéral au nez avec une note d'écorce d'agrumes, de bonne densité et légèrement moelleux en bouche, avec une bonne acidité qui donne un côté strict à la finale.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
