Un vin très pur au nez d'aubépine, net en bouche, avec un moelleux fondu d'une grande pureté. Une belle réussite pour un vin qui sera de grande gastronomie après quelques années de garde.

Depuis 2002, Jérôme Buecher a en charge les 30 hectares du domaine familial, dont quelques parcelles sur les grands crus Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg. Depuis le millésime 2015, nous notons une progression des vins du domaine dans la juste direction, mieux équilibrés, avec chaque année plusieurs cuvées qui se distinguent lors de nos dégustations.
