Ève et Michel Rey se sont installés en 1988 comme métayers à Vergisson puis ont fait l’acquisition de ce petit domaine de 3,5 hectares, mené en conversion biologique dans une précision horlogère. Ève bichonne ses vignes, vinifie et gère le domaine, Michel est aux travaux du sol et à l’élevage. Une adresse confidentielle menée en toute liberté par des vignerons authentiques et courageux.
