Domaine exemplaire d’Irouléguy, les 8,5 hectares sont travaillés dans le respect de règles éthiques rigoureuses sur des coteaux escarpés. Thérèse et Michel Riouspeyrous, rejoint par leurs fils Iban et Teo, appliquent les principes de l’agriculture biodynamique, sans certification. Les vins prouvent le talent de cette famille.
