Un superbe vin, pour un rapport qualité-prix défiant toute concurrence. Havane, eucalyptus, réglisse, truffe noire, notes salines, beaucoup de fruit noir pour ce grand vin élégant, aux tannins fondants et crayeux et doté d'une fraîcheur exemplaire. What else ?

Domaine exemplaire d’Irouléguy, les 8,5 hectares sont travaillés dans le respect de règles éthiques rigoureuses sur des coteaux escarpés. Thérèse et Michel Riouspeyrous, rejoint par leurs fils Iban et Teo, appliquent les principes de l’agriculture biodynamique, sans certification. Les vins prouvent le talent de cette famille.
