Ce domaine a pris un virage à 180 degrés en 2002 vers un style qui n’a jamais cessé de s’affiner pour atteindre aujourd’hui une plénitude indéniable dans l’élégance et la tension, dans des vins intenses et aux tannins sans couture. Nicolas Rossignol, qui exploite 18 hectares, représente l’élite d’une nouvelle génération de vignerons en quête d’équilibre absolu. Les nouvelles installations, magnifiques, ont permis des vins de très grande pureté, aux finales aériennes et salines qui traduisent une interprétation précise et juste des différents terroirs. On s’approche ici au plus près de la quintessence de la côte de Beaune.
