Le secteur de Molsheim est réputé pour son sous-sol très particulier, le Muschelkalk, un calcaire coquillier qui donne aux fins de bouche une acidité en longueur d’autant plus appréciée que le vin est sec. Justement, c’est un style de vin qu’affectionne Jérôme Neumeyer, quatrième génération de ce domaine familial, où il travaille avec sa sœur et son beau-frère. Tous les cépages semblent apprécier ce type de sol, comme le prouve notre dégustation cette année, avec un petit coup de cœur pour les pinots gris et les gewurztraminers.
