Belle expression aromatique, alliance de fleurs fortes et de fruits rouges, bouche élégante et fraîche, avec une fin corsée où les épices ressortent, il est d’équilibre presque sec, ça fera un bel apéritif.

COMMENTAIRE
Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
