Le cépage réussit bien dans la Vallée Noble. Parfums élégants de fleurs et de fruits, acidité tonique, vif, idéalement sec, parfait sur des maquereaux au vin blanc.

COMMENTAIRE
Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
