Un vin riche, au nez d'épices, très moelleux en bouche avec de la minéralité et une finale élégante portée par l'acidité fin et les épices douces. À boire sur sa richesse actuelle ou à garder.

COMMENTAIRE
Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
