Superbe de finesse et de longueur, voici un grand zinnkoepflé très minéral qui présente un caractère déjà fondu. L'alliance du cépage et du terroir est ici idéale.

Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
