Récolté à maturité de vendange tardive, c’est un vin au nez confit marqué par une pointe de truffe blanche, riche et pur en bouche, avec un moelleux important rehaussé par une belle minéralité.

Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
