Assemblage de sylvaner, pinot blanc et pinot gris, la première cuvée assemblée par Myriam Haag est aromatique au nez avec une bouche pure qui conserve un équilibre sec. L'ensemble est charnu avec beaucoup d'élégance.

COMMENTAIRE
Ce domaine de 7 hectares exploite l’essentiel de son vignoble sur les coteaux du grand cru Zinnkoepflé et à proximité. Sans surprise, les gewurztraminers sont donc à l’honneur au domaine, mais en 2015 les pinots noirs sont également de la fête. Les 2016 sont réussis, notamment en gewurzt et en riesling. Joli tir groupé en 2017, à l'exception du gewurzt sur le grand cru, trop marqué par son résiduel.
