Robe or pâle, nez citronné encore limité par une petite réduction (non amère) le premier à donner une bonne impression de terroir individuel, minéral, tendu, un peu rustique mais très plaisant.

COMMENTAIRE
Frédérick et Franck Buisson, dont la présence familiale dans le village remonte au XIIe siècle, représentent la huitième génération de vignerons de ce domaine historique de Saint-Romain. Certifié Écocert depuis 2012, ils y développent une viticulture et une œnologie des plus naturelles. Les vins rouges, qui contiennent toujours un peu de grappes entières offrent une vision précise de leur terroir qui milite pour la redécouverte d'un Saint-Romain que nous n'avons pas souvent vu à ce niveau. Les blancs, précis, ne sont pas en reste.
