Ce domaine historique de Bergholtz s’est beaucoup agrandi lorsque Jean Dirler et Ludivine Cadé se sont mariés en 1998, les deux apportant de belles vignes de famille. Dans la foulée, ils ont converti leur vignoble à la biodynamie, qui depuis ne cesse de le leur rendre. La diversité des terroirs dans leur secteur permet l’élaboration de vins très purs et régulièrement de longue garde, à commencer par un étonnant sylvaner de vieilles vignes, sans oublier un muscat du grand cru Saering et bien sûr, tous les rieslings, régulièrement remarquables.
