Une VT à la forte expression minérale, puissance, typique des sols de schistes, belle expression de terroir, la liqueur se fond bien grâce à une acidité verticale, très droit.

Ancien président du CIVA, Rémy Gresser est aujourd’hui revenu sur son domaine d’Andlau, où il aime vanter la diversité des différents sols du secteur, entre schistes, grès, calcaires ou marnes. Les vins jeunes affichent souvent un résiduel certain, mais une moyenne garde de 4 à 5 ans en cave permet à la salinité des terroirs de le gommer, en faisant alors de grandes bouteilles de gastronomie. Mais il faut parfois s’armer d’un peu de patience ! Le domaine commercialise de vieux millésimes pour les plus pressés.
