Petit domaine familial installé au cœur du vieux village de Mittelbergheim. Le vignoble est labellisé bio depuis 2010, ce qui permet de bien exprimer toute la salinité des sols du secteur. Si le Zotzenberg convient bien à plusieurs cépages, pinot gris, riesling et donc sylvaner sont souvent à la fête. De façon surprenante le domaine n'a envoyé que deux cuvées cette année, mais le sylvaner du grand cru était bien au rendez-vous.
