Un vin ample et gras, bien charpenté, légèrement doux en bouche avec une bonne acidité. Un bon compagnon de repas sur des mets riches.

COMMENTAIRE
Jérôme Mader exploite les différents terroirs du secteur d’Hunawihr, dont le grand cru Rosacker. Le Muhlforst réussit généralement au pinot noir, au gewurzt et au riesling, ce dernier cépage étant aussi à son aise sur le Rosacker. Longtemps les pinots gris décevaient par leur résiduel marqué et leur manque d’identité, mais depuis 2014 un splendide pinot gris du Schlossberg a vu le jour, vinifié en fût, et il confirme en 2015.
