Originaire du Sonnenberg et vinifié en demi-muids, le vin est encore marqué par le fût au nez, gras et sec en bouche avec une bonne acidité. Longue finale vanillée. À garder.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine est principalement situé sur le secteur d’Ammerschwihr et ses alentours, notamment les grands crus Kaefferkopf, Schlossberg, Furstentum et Mambourg, avec aussi une petite vigne sur le très convoité Rangen, le grand cru le plus méridional d’Alsace. Les vins secs ont régulièrement notre préférence, en riesling et pinot gris, et le crémant découvert cette année était très réussi. Les résiduels présents dans les gewurztraminers sont parfois un peu excessifs, y compris dans le grand cru Kaefferkopf.
