COMMENTAIRE
Chez les Blanck, on travaille en famille : Frédéric s’occupe de la cave et son cousin Philippe de la communication et de la vente. Le patrimoine de vignes est très important, d'où la très large gamme. Nous avons longtemps salué le domaine pour sa régularité depuis les cuvées de fruit jusqu'aux plus belles expressions de terroir ou de botrytis, mais il nous semble que depuis quelques millésimes on ne retrouve plus la même homogénéité dans l'ensemble de la gamme. Nous espérons le retrouver en pleine forme dans les années qui viennent.
