Il goûte plus que demi-sec mais au moins l’étiquette le mentionne, les arômes de banane flambée sont gourmands, il finit équilibré grâce à de fins amers et une fine acidité.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
