Originaire du Kirchberg de Barr et élevé un an en barrique, c’est un vin corsé au nez de pivoine et de fruits noirs, ample en bouche avec de la profondeur et du gras. Les tanins sont encore très présents, mais le vin vieillira bien.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
