Plus mûr et plus riche que le même cépage dans le salzhof voisin, une note de caramel au lait, la belle minéralité de bouche nous fera patienter, épaisseur, l’acidité finale est équilibrante, pour une volaille rôtie.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
