La sucrosité importante rend l’intérêt de ce vin discutable. Trop sucré pour le plat principal, pas assez pour le dessert ou les fromages. Dommage, la finale ramène de la tension, mais c’est en milieu de bouche qu’est le problème.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
