Belle note fumée et épicée en bouche, parfums complexes de tisane et de fruits exotiques, de bergamote. Bouche savoureuse, avec certes un léger résiduel mais qui se fond bien. Agréable demi-sec dans un millésime qui n’était pas évident pour le cépage.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
