Un raisin bien mûr qui a complètement fermenté donne cette bouche épaisse, indéniablement faite pour la table, en accompagnement de sauces riches, l’acidité revient bien en seconde partie de bouche.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
