Un fruité très mûr et une pointe de résiduel, belle assise en bouche même si la finale pourrait être plus élancée, c’est l’acidité propre à ce coteau d’Hunawihr, plus fondue.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
