Joli nez complexe associant les fruits bien mûrs, les épices, les fleurs séchées et le miel fin, beaucoup d’élégance dans le toucher de bouche, bulle digeste, séduisante et originale par ses parfums.

COMMENTAIRE

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
