Ce vaste domaine situé dans le secteur de Ribeauvillé exploite des vignes sur les grands crus Kirchberg et Osterberg. Étienne Sipp, après une première carrière dans l’industrie, est revenu s’occuper du domaine familial en compagnie de Martine, son épouse. Il a entrepris de changer les méthodes de travail pour suivre les préoccupations contemporaines. Aujourd’hui, le vignoble est cultivé en biodynamie et les vins restituent cette considération apportée à la vigne et au sol. Des verticales sur 40 ans montrent tout le potentiel des grands crus où riesling et pinot noir sont souvent au sommet de la cave.
