Un vin riche, aux arômes de fruits exotiques, moelleux en bouche avec un caractère confit qui persiste longuement en finale. Il faudra garder le vin suffisamment longtemps pour le voir révéler toutes ses qualités, car derrière la grande pureté de fruit se cache une bonne profondeur.

Ce domaine est l'un des chefs de file de la vinification "sans soufre ajouté" dans la région. Hélas, avec ce genre de procédé, il faut accepter les grands écarts d'une bouteille et d'une cuvée à l'autre, et nous devons en informer nos lecteurs.
