COMMENTAIRE
Pierre-Émile a maintenant la charge des pratiques biodynamiques sur le vignoble. L’énergie de ce grand gaillard est nécessaire pour maintenir à flot un parcellaire aussi étendu, qui va des vignes du Rangen à Thann jusqu’à celles du clos Windsbuhl à Hunawihr. Son père Olivier est toujours présent et la confrontation des idées portées par les deux générations dessine les contours de la viticulture de demain, entres les vignes de coteaux très qualitatives mais difficiles à exploiter et celles de plaine plus faciles mais soumises aux aléas du climat comme le gel ou le manque d’eau.
