Goûté en bouteille, c’est un vin minéral de grande pureté, au nez aromatique marqué par les agrumes mûrs, sec et acidulé en bouche avec beaucoup de finesse. De grande garde.

COMMENTAIRE
Les plus anciens se souviennent que ce domaine jouissait d’une excellente réputation jusque dans les années 1990. La dégustation ce printemps d’un riesling Pfersigberg 1995 n’a pu que nous conforter dans nos bons souvenirs. Aujourd’hui, le domaine est exploité par Jean-Baptiste Adam, par ailleurs viticulteur à Ammerschwihr. En conformité avec ses convictions, il a converti le vignoble à la biodynamie dès 2004. Les vins sont techniquement bien faits, même si on attend plus en termes d’émotion.
