Une très vieille vigne à l'âge inconnu, sur le haut du Hengst, a produit un pinot blanc concentré, au nez marqué par l'élevage en barriques, dense et profond en bouche, avec une longue finale. Une cuvée atypique pour la région, mais de grande qualité.

Stéphane et sa sœur Céline Stentz-Buecher ont pris la suite de leurs parents, à la tête des 13 hectares certifiés AB. Le style des vins se veut sec, même si plusieurs cuvées affichent un léger résiduel. Les pinots noirs sont régulièrement réussis au domaine.
