Un pinot blanc vinifié deux années en barrique. Sa belle acidité lui donne de la tenue car il lui reste encore 15 g de résiduel, les parfums de fruits blancs sont gourmands (poire). Un style un peu particulier mais qui plaira à certains car la trame de bouche offre de la tension. Essayer sur un foie poêlé aux fruits.

Stéphane et sa sœur Céline Stentz-Buecher ont pris la suite de leurs parents, à la tête des 13 hectares certifiés AB. Le style des vins se veut sec, même si plusieurs cuvées affichent un léger résiduel. Les pinots noirs sont régulièrement réussis au domaine.
