Puissants parfums de fruits noirs bien mûrs (myrtille), note végétale fumée, un tannin ferme et franc, degré d’alcool confortable, pas très fin mais costaud, un rouge de table plus que de planche de charcuterie.

Stéphane et sa sœur Céline Stentz-Buecher ont pris la suite de leurs parents, à la tête des 13 hectares certifiés AB. Le style des vins se veut sec, même si plusieurs cuvées affichent un léger résiduel. Les pinots noirs sont régulièrement réussis au domaine.
