Fruité mûr (ananas), gourmand, la vivacité n’est pas arrondie par le moindre dosage, un crémant qui tient son rang à tous les apéritifs et même sur de beaux produits de la mer.

Difficile de passer à côté des installations de J.B. Adam, au bord de la route lorsqu’on traverse Ammerschwihr. La maison vieille de 400 ans est aujourd’hui dirigée par Jean-Baptiste et sa fille Laure. Depuis plus de 20 ans, les vignes sont cultivées en biodynamie. Régulièrement, le terroir du Letzenberg permet la production de vins de caractère, mais la cuvée Grand K issue du grand cru Kaefferkopf, pourtant le grand terroir d’Ammerschwihr et dernier-né des grands crus d’Alsace, affiche un résiduel qui nous laisse perplexe.
