Nez intense sur le coing, confit avec des notes florales. La bouche est liquoreuse, très pure, riche avec une belle patine. Un vin élégant qui arrive à maturité.

Difficile de passer à côté des installations de J.B. Adam, au bord de la route lorsqu’on traverse Ammerschwihr. La maison vieille de 400 ans est aujourd’hui dirigée par Jean-Baptiste et sa fille Laure. Depuis plus de 20 ans, les vignes sont cultivées en biodynamie. Régulièrement, le terroir du Letzenberg permet la production de vins de caractère, mais la cuvée Grand K issue du grand cru Kaefferkopf, pourtant le grand terroir d’Ammerschwihr et dernier-né des grands crus d’Alsace, affiche un résiduel qui nous laisse perplexe.
