Un crémant bien salin, très agréable, même si le dosage est bas (5,5 g/l) il aurait pu être un peu plus bas encore avec ces beaux parfums de fruits et sa rondeur, ça l’aurait mieux tendu encore en finale.

Difficile de passer à côté des installations de J.B. Adam, au bord de la route lorsqu’on traverse Ammerschwihr. La maison vieille de 400 ans est aujourd’hui dirigée par Jean-Baptiste et sa fille Laure. Depuis plus de 20 ans, les vignes sont cultivées en biodynamie. Régulièrement, le terroir du Letzenberg permet la production de vins de caractère, mais la cuvée Grand K issue du grand cru Kaefferkopf, pourtant le grand terroir d’Ammerschwihr et dernier-né des grands crus d’Alsace, affiche un résiduel qui nous laisse perplexe.
