Encore un Sipp sur le secteur de Ribeauvillé-Riquewihr, celui-ci c’est Sipp-Mack, qui exploite en grands crus des parcelles sur le Rosacker et l’Osterberg. Jacques Sipp et sa fille Carolyn cultivent en bio certifié depuis 2013 leurs 24 hectares de vignoble. La majorité des vins goûtent secs, ou presque dans le cas des pinots gris. Le domaine produit également de bons crémants. Notre passage au domaine cette année nous a permis d’éprouver la bonne tenue des vins dans le temps.
